Pixelquostudio is a journal of clear-eyed observation — one tone, one register, on research, photography and the discipline of looking closely before you conclude anything.

We keep the palette down to one hue on purpose. It is a small, constant reminder that the point of a study is the evidence in it, not the decoration around it.

Every piece starts from a specific observation, not a general opinion. When we publish a conclusion, we show the evidence that got us there, in the same tone throughout.
